"Mais malgré tout je me dis parfois"

Starting by compiling a daily curiosity collection, we had to come up with a project that echoes the collection's found concept. My collection mainly touches upon the subjects of self-reflection, story-telling and growing up. It really shows how the people around me and the events that were happening around me shaped me into the person I am today. Therefore, I decided to do a self-reflective work by illustrating a story and more specifically comic book pages including allusions to some of the objects I collected, as I think representing it visually would be the most effective. I also connected it to seminar by including text for the storyline/dialogue. I navigated towards a poem-like text with lots of repetition to mimic my own personal flow of thoughts.
